The parcel of Rakhi was sent by me on 27th July from Ghaziabad(UP) to Karnal(Haryana).The Company didnot made the delivery upto 1st Aug ust and after repeated enquiries the company sent a bogus packet at Karnal.The party at karnal refused to accept it and the delivery boy himself admitted that he was instructed to make such bogus delivery in order to resolve the issue and avoid any further correspondence.I would like to make an appeal to he Judge to take this matter a sentimental thought and keep in mind theemotions of a brother and sister while making Judgement.
