Dear Sir/Madam,
I had placed online order at TIMTARA.COM on 17/04/ 2011 Order number was #10238488 for 1 number Softel Ice Cream Maker for which I made 100% advance online payment using my credit card. As per condition the product was to be delivered within 15 to 20 days.But when I did not recieved the product till 14th May 2012 I contacted their customer care no: who registerd my complaint & alloted Ticket NO: 22430 to me. In response to my complaint I recived reply from TIMTARA.COM that the product will be shipped by 2nd June 2012.But after waiting for a week & observing MY ACCOUNT page at TIMTARA.COM on which status of order is still shown SHIPMENT AWAITED I again contacted their customer care no: & enquired about it. But the person was not in position to inform the reason & informed me that he could only forward my complaint in strong wordings to the back office which he did.But they are not giving any response to my mails & complaint.
I shall be thank full to you if you can help me out.
