NON DELIVERY OF PRODUCT AFTER RECEIPT OF PAYMENT

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked a blackberry mobile phone & a car charger from the e commerce site www.timtara.com on 31st October, 2012 and had paid for the same but I am not in receipt of the same till date. The site confirms the delivery of the product in 21 days max. It has been a pathetic experience using your site as well as your customer care helpline no also because I am being given the same crap story that we are arranging for a call back. Now since it has been almost 30 days and still the product has not being delivered, I would request you take some action. I had complained atleast 6 times for which the ticket nos of timtara are : 49316 & 49318. Please help.
