I have ordered a product named “Whirlpool Refrigerator 230 I magic 5W” on 24 june 2012 from “http://www.timtara.com” . order id is #10276764.
I have sent a lot of mails to [email protected] in this regard but no one is replying from timtara.
On 9-july-2012, I received a call from timtara from 9266633847 , The person who has called was saying that the product will be shiped on 9-july-2012.
but still I am waiting for the product.
I called around 20 times on their customer care no 0135-3051500.
But every time they said that “I am forwording your complain” but nothing has been done. I feel that i have purchased the item with a fraud company which takes the peoples money and making fool of them.
