I had booked a packet containing medicines for my ailing mother at Trivandrum from your Tripunithura franchise . The details of the consignment is as follows
Cn no. R07541642 dated 13 Jun 2012.
The delivery of the same had not been taken place till today(20 Jun 12) even after reporting the matter to your Tripunithura franchise who had collected the package and the fees for delivering the same at Trivandrum.
Non availability of the medicines in time had caused much inconveniences to my aged mother.
I humbly request to you to look in to the matter and do the needful.
