Non-delivery of paid-for item.

Name of company/service: Naaptol

I ordered a scanner from Naaptol in March 2012 and the cost was debited to my bank account. I received word that the scanner had been dispatched by First Flight couriers, consignment number, O01274891 and that I would receive it in a day or two. It has not been delivered in spite of repeated reminders by phone.
