Dear Sir,
I have placed an order for a Videocon make Mobile Phone Model No. V1805,on 11th. Dec.2011. My order No is 30000017013, dated 11-12-2011.
This order was booked under the ‘Times of India’s ‘Reader’s Offer’ with full payment of Rs.2,999/-.
Now it is more than a months time(today is 10th Jan.-2012), and till the time the item is never delivered to me.
In spite of numerous follow ups by phone & e-mail, and even after registering complaints at their website, there is no feed back or status report about my order, from their side, till today.
I feel that I am cheated by the staffs responsible for it in their organization.
I request you to kindly arrange for the delivery of the product or to return my money.
I also, request you to kindly direct them to not to publish such misleading advertisements in their news paper, so that many unsuspecting readers will be protected.
