Non Delivery of order 10260006 dated 23 may 2012

Name of company/service: timtara.com

I have placed order on 23 may and i did not get any update from timtara.com.
When i call customer service care there is no proper response. Delivery time is 10-15 days.
There is no communication on item.
Please take action.

Even i raised complaints with timtara

Please help me.
