my name is Wasim Ansari. I sent some documents through your courier service provider(DTDC) on 26/08/2010 with assurance of delivery within 4 days. The documents were sealed. It was to be delivered at my home address. The adddress i mentioned was

my DTDC receipt’s CN No is P13541146. when i confirmed at my home, they told me that they didnot get any documents at all till now. For inquiry I went to Pune branch office( shop no. 09, suswani complex, near new kondhwa police station, kondhwa, Pune 411048). i had been told that delivery boys of dehradun branch(shop no.18, East canal road, near survey chowk, Dehradun 248001) tried to deliver at my home, but the same was rejected. They knew that documents were important. Moreover i was informed from my family members that people fom DTDC courier, dehradun had told them to collect the documents from their office and no delivery boy reached at home. No delivery was made to my home address. So what kind of service it is? totally worthless and most importantly breaking of customers faith and trust on DTDC. Do you want to continue this type of nasty service, because i want my documents to be delivered at my home as soon as possible. So inform me and tell me honestly whether in future shall i trust on DTDC, if yes then why and how?
