I have not yet received the purchased order even after 15 days of purchase. I have contacted them but got the reply to wait for 10-15 days waiting period which is already over. I had purchased the order on 21-June-2012 and the Order# is 10275138. The status of the ordered product is always Awaiting Shipment in the website. Hence please look into the issue so that it gets resolved.
