On 27th May’12 I purchased furniture( T.V wall unit, Four-seater dining table and sofa set with center table and T.V. stand. I was assured delivery of the T.V. wall unit and Dining table set within 15 days and the sofa set with center table after one month. The T.V. wall unit and dining set were delivered on 6th June and set up on 7th June.However the chairs of the dining set were faulty and were changed on 18th June. Still one chair is odd and has not yet been changed in spite of a promise to do so. My sofa set has not yet been delivered. Each time I inquire I am told the furniture is in transit from Mumbai ware house. On 27th I made an official complaint on Pantaloons website. On 29th I was informed that there would be a further delay of a week but till date no furniture has been delivered. I made a second complaint with Pantaloons but have received no official word. I have been cheated and have come for justice. I wish also to lay claim for compensation for the harassment and trauma I am facing.
