Please note that I have sent one important document through DTDC Currier service vide their dealers CN No. K56843453 dt.11.07.12. But it has not delivered to address at Jamshedpur till date. I have several time visited to their office as they said that they will give us the document by which we can see that the receipant signature. Till date they could not produce the document. They have sent me a mail that the document has been delivered. But till date they could not show the document of receipant signature.
You are requested to look into this matter, the said firm has taken the responsibility of delivering the document but they do not performing their duty and we are suffering for their negligence.
