Dear Sir/Madam,
Booked a consignment bearing number P19762376(Two Sarees total cost Rs 5000/-) through DTDC courier services from their Pune office on 18 Jul 2012 for Jodhpur.The parcel has not been delivered till date.On enquiring from their customer service number the reply would be to contact a Delhi contact number which never responded.Ultimately a complaint was lodged through email.Even to this,there has been no suitable reply except wanting time to investigate(3 Aug 2012). may I request for a suitable action to get my consignment back or its cost thereof as well as the harassment I have to face for the same.Thanking You .
