I’d purchased on line from the above online portal the Washing Machine on 10-June-2012 for which I’d made full payment on the same day.
Despite reminders and requests, I could have no information about the detail of shipment/delivery.
Finally today upon my query to customer care at 11:50AM, I’m told to wait for a few more days since the item is out of stock.
Now that, there are no confirm intentions evident from the representatives of this portal of making me enjoy the benefits of the product for which I’m made to pay my hard earned money several weeks advance, other than holding my money with them and utilizing it for their interest and business, and keep me harassed, waiting and devoid of the benefits of my money.
Your intervention is requested to kindly help me get compensated adequately for the mental and financial injury that the above agency have inflicted on me, please.
