My PPO No – S/028410/2011 (Army) dated 28 Jun 2011. I am Retired from Indian Army on 01 Oct 2011. My PPO has amount of Commutation Rs 583025, Gratuity Rs 452980, Pension Rs 5388 per month excluding current rate of DA. I submitted all formalities i.e. Alive certificate etc to Branch Manager SBI Missamari on 12 Nov 2011 physically. I also remind many times on Mobile, by letter on Feb 2012, 06 Mar and by fax on 15 Mar 2012 alongwith photocopy my PPO. After retirement I am residing on my native place Raipur (Chhattisgarh)so far distance from SBI Missamari. I and my families are facing many problems due to delay of crediting PPO. I am requested to you to take suitable action for credit my PPO in my DSP Account No 20046295901.
