I have recharged my mobile no 9325733331 on 22.05.2012 by 298/- my bank transaction is 201205224629947 order no 38363565 to paytm on some day. I needed 299/- recharge but due to typographical mistake I recharged by 298/-.
As there is no recharge voucher available with Rs 298/- with reliance they have not credited my account with any amount. On contacts they replied that the funds can not be credited not refunded. Still I have not received any response after writing to them on customer care. So please take my complaint and guide me what to do.
