I had taken memebership of M/s Country vacation in April 2012 and paid partial amount of Rs39000 for which I was promised that it would be converted into 18 months emi .There was technical lapse on transaction from M/s COUNTRY CLUB and for which I was kept n dark for more than two months and rather i had to pay my bank the full amount with interst charges.The service annd the commitments were totally hopeless and not only that the customer care did not even bother to respond or take a proper responsibility for the fiasco.Finally I had taken a call to cancel the membership ,but for no fault of my mine they were not ready to pay the full amount rather they agreed to pay only partial amount whih is also still not return back.I would draw attention that do not get caught in any of these membership and holiday plans beacuse these people only do marketing and are totally unethical ,non professional and making fool out of customers.
