I boughta bajaj FX10 food processor and i was promised that if any complaints rise, that will be attended to promptly by bajaj people at my home itself.
my food processor started giving troubles and called up their toll free number and asked them to attend to my complaint on 2nd may, 2012. they promised to attend to it within 48 hours.
one person came and told that the dry/chutney jar is to be replaced and tookd 375/- rs and replaced it but that too is not working. i again called them but till today neither they have got me teh new chutney jar nor paid the money back. i am handicapped without my mixie.
Several phones have been made but to no effect.
