Non Compliance of Consumer Service Request under AMC

Location/place: Flat No. 607, Sector 16A, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201012

Name of company/service: LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd.

I had made a service request over helpline number 18001809999 regarding cooling of my Air Conditioner (under AMC) was not working on 16/06/2012. Helpline Executive had lodged my service request and given me the request id i.e. RNA120616039885 and ensured that your request will be attended within 24 Hours.
But no service engineer had visited to attend my service request by 17/06/2012, then I had reminded over helpline number in this regard. After getting reminder, service engineer had visited to attend my service request in the evening of 17/06/2012 and examine my AC. After examining AC, he said that cooling of my AC is not working due to lack of gas and demanded a copy of AMC. I had given a copy of AMC to him and he ensured that gas will be filled up by tomorrow i.e. 18/06/2012.
On the next day i.e. 18/06/2012, no service engineer had visited to fill up the gas in AC, I had contacted the concern service centre person number. His number was switched off. After try many times, his number was ringing and picked-up by him. After picking the call he said that he was on leave today and your service request would be attended by tomorrow i.e 19/06/2012 only.
On the next day i.e. 19/06/2012, no service engineer had visited to fill up the gas in AC, I had contacted the concern service centre person number. His number was ringing but he was not picking call. After many calls and he picked-up. After picking the call he said that your service request would be attended by tomorrow i.e 20/06/2012 positively.
On the next day i.e. 20/06/2012, the same story has repeated, no service engineer had visited to fill up the gas in AC, I had contacted the concern service centre person number. His number was ringing but he was not picking call. After many calls and he picked-up. After picking the call he said that your service request would be attended by tomorrow i.e 21/06/2012 positively.
As you are well aware that now is the pick of summer and AC is required only during the summer season. The purpose of AMC worth Rs. 6,000/- of AC is getting proper and prompts service during this season. Now, this became painic for me, how I get the service from LG Company ?

You are request to please help me in this regard and please take the appropriate penal action against the company for this type of behaviour.
