Hi,
I have given request for the Data plan active request on 20 July,2012. which was not activated nor intimation is given, as i have used the net on 21st the all balance has been deducted. after even raising the complaint the Customer care supervicer Mohammed Iqbal has informed that the issue would be take care and resolved by Max Monday 23 July, 6PM, however there is no call intimation or balance is been re credited, the way Vodafone customer care people speak is pethetic and do not even know full fill the promises, still we have to belive these people and keep taking serives.
