I purchased flat no.20, 4th floor, A Block, Platinum City, Behind CMTI, Yeshwantpur,Bengaluru 22 on 28th July 2011. The flat was to have been completed before end of September 2011 and also the assurance was that the entire building; (A Block) would be completed latest by November 2011 with all amenities like parking, swimming pool, general lifts, 4 capsule lifts, corridors etc. However, till date the work is not completed and the building has about 25 occupants. The work appears to have totally slowed down. I am getting only assurances from the representatives of the builder that they are speeding up the work. There are some quality issues in my flat also. The flat was occupied by me on 25th May 2012 with a delay of over 8 months. I paid the amount to him in one lump. Now I need compensation for not completing the work in time, bad quality of work. And there is a difference in the kind of Mock up flat which he showed in passage design (3rd floor) and what he is finishing (4th floor). I have written in my possession letter, mails and letters to the builder all these issues in detail.
1. Terrace swimming pool not completed (ii) Parking though allotted, not completed (iii) staircase not completed (iv) corridors not completed (v) Capsule lifts not completed (vi)Inside work quality is bad (vii) Passage finishing is poor as against their claim of A Block being a Premium Block.
