I have lost TATA Docomo GSM sim no. 8983747174 issued and activated on 1st of July 2012 and registered a complain with Central Railway police on 8th of July 2012.
As I approached Docomo outlet, on the same day, situated at shop 6, Sai Arched, Netaji Chowk, Ulhas Nagar-4, at 7:40 pm, I was requested to come next day between 10:am to 7:30 pm knowing reason of visit by a representaive lady appologizing for being closed but she did not discolsed the out of stock at that time.
When visited on 9th of July 2012 the same lady appolized for not having blank sim to swap the existing number and advised to visit another outlet situated at Dhamankar Naka, Bhiwandi, Thane.
Visiting the Bhiwandi those people (two females and a muslim male) did not respond to me repeating thecsame reason of out of stock. I requested them to guide me to talk to customer care centre but,they refused for any co-operation and did not allow me to use their hot lines to solve my problem.
As there is no blank sim available at Ambernath, Ulhasnagar and Bhiwandi, it is very difficult for a consumer to get the services.
Kindly look into the matter and bring me a justice with sim as well as compensation for travelling+harassment(Mental,physiacal)+commercial/financial losses.
