Name of company/service: Hathway Cable & Datacom.
We have installed digital set top box.of Hathway as per the Government Rule to watch cable T.V.programmes.After several follow ups with Hathway we are unable to watch Free to air channel “Paras”. related to jain religion.I have sent the mail to Hathway and also sent the letter also.they didn’t accepted the letter arguing to talk with the broadcaster.With this respective Incharge of Hathway’s Lower parel office told me that for 500-600 people of jain community they have to bear infrastructure cost.Iam unable to understand that how it will cost them when it is free to air channel ?
