Name of company/service: TATADOCOMO
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had given a Port in request to Tatadcomo from Idea on 20-10-11, in response to this till 07-11-11 I was told by customer executive that my application show pending status & will be activated by within a day.
But to my suprise when I called Tatadocomo on 08-11-11 I was told my executive to personally visit their gallery to sort out the matter as status in their system shows disconnected.
I request Tatadocomo to stop harrasing the would be customer. And I dont know how much trouble they must be giving to their existing customer.
