Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I am soumya Srivastava. I bought a reliance Netconnect connection from a company Vriti Infocom Pvt.Ltd. located in Sec 63,Noida. Those people commited me that my connection will be active within 24 hrs. But to my utter surpirse, it is still not active and my whole work is bening delayed. The concerned authorities over there are saying it will be done..but then no positive response.
I am really fedup of the false promises bening made by them. I dont know whether it is the fault of the comany or Relaince as a company.but then this has led to real dissatisfaction in my service experience.
Please guide.

Contact No.0120-4666666. Nobody bothers there to pick up the phone atleast.
