I had purchased nokia mobile model E5 ON 11/06/2012 and from the very first day head phone not worked properly .I went to nokia care for complaint regarding my mobile headset. They said its normal. I went there again on 19/06/2012 and lodge the complaint jon no 1222433527/120619/37 and send my mobile head set for replacement and told me come back to collect my head phone after week. today dated on 26/06/2012 i went there but they again said come after week if you wants to replaced your headphone very bluntly. The behaviour was not technical and as service provider. I shocked to know that the provided faulty headphione was old model nokia 5233.Now i want to replaced my mobile phone and even never think about purchase nokia product again. Kindly help me.
