nokia e 63 mobile hanging problelm

dear sir
i am purchasing a nokia E -63 mobile on 18/07/2011 from nokia priority dealer . i got a hanging probleme same day . the dealer say to me software problem and up grade it. and i go to nokia coustomer care and update the latest software . nokia represantative say to me software up grade in every two monthe . i am busy in my business and so i am not able to every two monthe up grade the software. in the year i go to nokia care for same probleme for 4 times . and the after last time i receive my set receive on 06/07/12 than today i am same probleme . so pls help me . to save my money and time.
