My set nokia C6 was having its problem in bluetooth, so i submitted it to nokia care-everestmobi , lenin serini, opposite to lorato school,kolkata, they didn’t able to repair it so they transferred it to head office and they replaced set and provided a new one,in between & i talked with nokia careline they told that u will not have to pay money for that replaced set.But when i reached to nokia care they told that your set is not yet delivered , but they have kept that set in that nokia care.When i called nokia care line they told that ur set is reached to nokia care and i asked nokia care head to have a talk with nokia care line ,& they talked for sometime & nokia care head told that u r set is with us wait for sometime we will provide .They provided me set & demanded for Rs1600,as nokia care line told me earlier that u have to pay no more money for that set, i told nokia care head to have a talk with nokia care line but he told no , and he told i will not talk any more with them they only make u round & round and u will get nothing,then i became helpless their, nokia care head barked like dog at me, he told go to gurgaon and receive u r hand set from their, and used rough languages to make me frightened, he pressed me to pay 1600, or other wise i will not provide u set,after trying my best i loosed my hope ,they mentally foced me, as i was helpless i provided them the desired money they asked for,i know they illegal tooked money from me.
