Nokia bad service not solving handset problem in gurattee period

I have purchased a NOKIA C5-03 (IMEI No. 359331046341190) costing Rs. 8600 on 10th March 2012. within a period of 2 month it started facing the problem in touchscreen. i deposited it and got it repaired after 1 week but on aftre working for 15 days it again started facing the same problem so i again deposited the handset in service centre on 1st June 2012 (jobsheet no343504886) and after repairing i recived it back on 9th June but on 16th june but the phone was not completely repaired for whih i have sent mails to the company and also lodged complaint on their customer care but no step has been taken On 16th June 2012 it got completely hanged for which i lodged complaint to the customer care of nokia and requstd them to swap the phone as it was continuously facing the probem again and again and they asked me to deposit the phone at nokia care.
on 18th June 2012 (jobsheet no. 343504886/120618/25) i deposited the handset in nokia care and sent mails to the customer care as well as also informed them teleponically but they are not aking any step to resolve my problem. customer care executives r just answering your complaint has been forwarded to higher authority but they are not taking any step even aftre my so many mails and calls.
Please lookinto the matter and help me.
