I have purchased Nokia 8 last OCT 18. Last week i have faced mobile network problem in my Nokia andi have submit my handset to the nearest Nokia service center POOVATH International on 30th November. Meanwhile i have raised complaint to Nokia care on 31st November about this case 115706. I followed to both but till now i am not receive any kind of positive information form Nokia and service center also. At-least i want to know what they are taking action against this issue or i want to replace this device. I really disappointed to Nokia. The service center people are responding phone calls and they are rejecting my calls.Every time they told me wait for some times. Please help me on this case. I don’t have any other mobile will use to me. I am facing the issue daily from while i missed my phone calls. ANy one help me get my phone.
