I had bought a Kelvinator Fridge 7 months back. It had a warranty of 5 years with replacement warranty on the compressor. The compressor of the fridge is not working properly and I have registered my complaint twice with the company but my problem has not been solved. I have been calling the service centre for the past 14 days but they fail to solve my problem. They have sent their technician thrice but everytime they make some excuse or the other for the fridge’s non working and do not change the compressor.
Kindly do the needful and help me seek redressal.
