No warranty and no guarantee of coolpad/Reliance world

Name of company/service: Coolpad

I purchased coolpad Mobile set E-230 from Reliance World Sector-18 Noida vide Invoice No.17009140430 and in the month of June, the set strted not working. Finally I given the set to authorized service Station as directed by Reliance World i.e. M/s Ambe Electronics Sector-18 Noida vide Job Sheet No.2989 on 18.06.2012 and contacted so many times coolpad executives Mr Kuldip M-9311297711 and Mr Kunal at Mumbai M-9320223362 but both still has not given any positive reply and mobile is still under Ambey Electronics in want of parts or new set.
