NO TRACK OF MY PAYMENT FOR MORE THAN 02 YEARS

Name of company/service: MAX NEWYORK LIFE INSURANCE

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I am holding a max newyork like insurance policy no 460474588. I had paid the premium of Rs. 10000 against this policy with ICICI Bank cheque no 507858 on 29-01-2011. The same amount was debited from my ICICI number 017701550874. Even after my account being debited for Rs 10000, I was regularly harassed by MAX Newyork Life with call that they have not received any payment toward premium of my policy.

I have also shared my bank statement copy, copy of stamped cheque from my Bank ICICI with Max Newyork like. But even after two year and numerous visits to their office, no solution has been provided to me by Max Newyork Life.

I have decided to lodge this complain against Max Newyrok life Insurance Company after going through a mental agony of more than 02 years.

Now you are the only hope I can look forward to get rid of this harassment.
