Hi, i am srinivas, i am using beam telecom fiber internet services for my domestic usage, since one month, the connection is frequently disconnected, i have called to customer care of beam and give many complaints, still no action regarding that, and i went to chandanagar branch office also regarding the same, but there is no use, they are not at all concern about our problems, insted of solving the problem they used to sent a sms that our problem is resolved if it is not resolve, send back the same sms to us, i am really tired of all these things and acts of beam teleco,. how can i move to consumer court to complaint on beam telecom? plz anybody help us. my mail id is [email protected]. thank you
