No support to repair the filter despite many follow ups

Location/place: Thane/ Maharashtra

Name of company/service: Kent water purifiers

I purchased a KENT GRAND+ MINERAL RO from a retail chain(Reliance Digital) on 16/04/12.Few days after the installation of the filter, water started leaking from the pipe connected to main water inlet. I followed up with the retail chain they guided me to contact the manufacturer as their service was only limited to the installation. I contacted KENT consumer service and lodged a complaint (Complaint no. : B-458/11) and they assured me prompt service. But, its been more than a week and on every day follow up they assure the same. But no technician has arrived from either side and in this monsoon weather we dont have potable drinking water with a small 2 yr old child in the house.

This is complete harrassment of the customer by both the manufacturer and the retail chain.Kindly help.
