Name of company/service: Sony Ericssion
I have submitted my handset model no. MT11i to sony erricssion service centre “Shitij Telecom CP, shop no. 115 GF AKD Tower sector 14, gurgaon(HR)” on june 2nd 2012 and received WORKORDER NUMBER- SE312PST10315 for further reference, i received confirmation from Sony ericssion Team that within 7 days will repair the handset and update me but still the handset is not repaired. Every day i am calling sony ericssion team for last one month but getting same revert ” We are not received part from company will take two more days”.
I am completed frustrated now and also has faced personal loss due to non availability of phone.
