This is reference to my Standard charterd Credit card, for which iam not reciving any statement for last 9 months, 5 months back i cald up the customer care and lodged a complaint, but in vain.
Now when i called and asked for a soution they say that the address previously is not changed as i was supposed to cal back after 3 days and i did not…
This is rediculous…as a customer i have all rights to see my statement and transactions on my card…
this is the worst services fro Standard chartered bank and is an awful experience for a customer….
