SIR/MADAM I AM USING NOKIA ASHA 311 CURRENTLY. 1 MONTH AGO before i had given the mobile to your service center which is nearby my locality because i am facing the problem (hang) they had taken the mobile and update it but that software which is installed by THE(company) is deleted when i am asking for that they are giving some kind of reasons to me & ignoring me when i am asking again and again they said come tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes please help from this problems. AFTER THAT I MAIED TO THE COMPANY THEY HAD CALL ME BUT TILL NOW THEY HAVENT TAKE ANY ACTION .THIS WAS MY 3 RD MOBILE IAM REQUESTING YOU TO TAKE SOME ACTION
