I am Amit from Delhi. I Purchased a AMC for ONIDA 1 Ton AC ( Model.No # : W112yr) some 1 yrs back. Recently my AC Gas Leak, I Lodged a complaint (complaint NO 12069886380041) on JUNE 4 , 2012. at Adonis Electronics PVT LTD Delhi, a authorized onida service center. After 10 days of my complaint, NO service person Visit to our home and inspected the AC. Now its been almost a 10 days, I have’nt heard back from the service center. I have called up the service center’s customer care several Times and have told them about this. They are saying your request is in progress and will be completed as soon as possible but for almost last 10 days i getting this answer from them. NOW WHAT I HAVE TO DO.
