I had logged a ticket on 13th June for some hardware issue on my Semi automatic Washing machine, reference ticket no: 120610018493. I would like to bring to your notice that upon so many follow ups, the ticket was closed with no servie/repair. Then onwards, I was behind technician to repair washing machine. He came and made a temporary fix and informed that it needs certain part to be replaced and that shall be received by 23rd June. Now when am calling technician, he reporting that LG has denied the part replacement.
Washing machine is still in Gurantee and need immediate replacement of the part. I have been updating Dharmendra ( Santosh Nagar, LG Manager, 82975 62305) and Ravi(97032 17671) about the issue. But looks like everyone taking it light.
Please help me in this regards.
