no service response by motorola

I got a Motorola milestone a853 Plus phone on 6 august 2011. After few months only, i started getting lots of software and hardware issue on Phone. Finally, i submitted the phone at the Surat Service centre on 16 may. Till date they are not giving any updates. When i call the Customer care, they keep on telling me to wait for 1 more week. And today it is already 1 month And over the week, and they don’e even bother to answer my queries. I paid 17500/- Rupees for this phone.and now what should i do for this!
