On 7th May 2012, I had purchased a HITACHI Windows AC, having a problem of LOW COOLING. I have registered a complaint on 16th May 201. Based on that a Technician visited my place and mention the GAS Leakage Problem and assured me that problem will be resolved with in 1-2 days. But from that day no one has visited my place and the problem is still opened.
Please suggest me how to resolve my issue? Please guide me how to register a complaint against HITACHI in consumer court and get a full refund of my money.
