Name of company/service: samsung air conditioners
the samsung air conditioner that i was using stopped working due to some reason. since it had been just 4 months since i bought it, the a/c was still very much in warranty. i called up the nearest service center which close to North Lakhimpur, Assam. the dealer at the service center assured me that a service mechanic would be reaching my location within a couple of days. it has been more than 20 days since the a/c is non functional but still no one has turned up from the company service center. now the dealer has even stopped answering my phone calls.
