Dear Sir,
I lodge the complain DEL0612000223330 of my newely purchaged Electic Iron 2.5 Kg on 09 Jun 2012.
the Electric Iron was purchaged on 13 May 2012. it is not working & within warranty 2 year warranty.
i was promised that complain will be sorted out within two days.
after two days again i contacted service centre Gurgaon. I was informed within 05 days.
after five days when contacted it was promised that it will be done on 15 Jun 12.
15 Jun I received SMS that my service request has been resolved.
Again contacted and informed service centre that no one visited and defect not rectified
how my complain is resolved.
again promised to be done today 16 /06/2012
no one came when cotacted i was told tody also no one will be coming.
again contacted Customer Care of Bajaj Electric I was informed that my complain is resolved.
Dear Sir No One Came Or repaied or serviced despite my number of requests.
It is requested to direct Bajaj elecrical to rectify or replace defective equipment.
it will releive me of the agony faced by me in last nine days.
