no service from weeks …. money paid for 3 weeks internet

i am using ssv internet at my home …. from few weeks my internet connection is not working …. i called there office landline no. there is no response its always busy or unreachable …i even went at there office still no one has bothered to come at my home and solve the problem
i have paid 7000 for 3 months pacakage nd they are not taking it seriously …. !
