LG is a big cheater. We have done AMC of our Split AC during May, 2012. On 7th Aug, we registered complaint about water leakage from A.C. The mechanic came but informed that he would not be able to repair if we do not arrange for ladder as they have to reach external vent of AC.This ia absolutely disgusting as they never felt any problem to climb to our vent which is located at First Floor before AMC or never informed the same while doing AMC. We need a serious resolution of the same.
