With reference to “PNR2012160807”,
I am writing with regard to the above complaint
On 20-Nov-2012, I recharged with GPRS Pack of Rs. 98 for my DOCOMO number 80196041314 at Hyderabad.
Unfortunately, your service has not performed well because DOCOMO network is not connecting properly. I am disappointed because I was billed the wrong amount. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your action.I would to raise an another concern about the service of customer care provided is not up-to satisfaction.
I wrote to you on 03-Dec-12, asking you to take action to resolve this complaint. Your attempts to resolve the problem have not been satisfactory and you claim that there is nothing more you can do to help me. It appears that we have reached a position of deadlock and that, therefore, I am left with no alternative but to take my complaint to Customer Care Forum.
I would afford you one final opportunity to reconsider your position and confirm to me within the next 24 Hours that you will take action or alternatively send me a letter of deadlock. If I do not hear from you within this time frame I will refer this dispute to Customer Care Forum with no further reference to you.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until 24 Hours before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau. Please contact me at the below address.
