Hotel booked for 2 days, with an 50% advance given. due to some circumstances was not able to occupie the hotel, which was informed to hotel management well in advance ie. i month before the proposed function, RS. 1100 was given as token money on 17-09-2011. later RS 40000 was given on 20-12-2011.
function was scheduled on 24th and 25th of february 2012. amount was not refunded till now. repetatively approached the hotel and they never showed up.
