i have tata sky connection, subscriber id is 1004575583. i made an recharge of my account on 12/6/2012 after recharging it there is a message coming on my tv screen that recharge your account, i checked my tata sky account and it was showing balance in my account. but from last 10 days this message is on my tv screen and due to this message i am unable to watch tv. i lodged complaint (4 times) on tata sky customer care. every time i call they say it will be rectified in next 4 hours but it is still there and they are not providing any help.
