Name of company/service: Hitachi
On 18th June I lodged a complaint to hitachi customer care (Comp no.12061801040)for low cooling of the air -conditioner.
They told me that the engineer will visit your place in 48hrs.
It’s been now 4 days they haven’t even visited.
From last 3 days I am calling the customer care they just only sent the reminders to service centre. The Service centre numbers are also not working whenever i call them either its busy or switched off. The company is not looking in to the matter seriously.
I request you to please take an immediate action against them.
